Eggs can be purchased at Peters Brothers Meat Market, Lenhartsville, PA; weekdays from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturdays 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Wool Fleeces, Wool Rovings, and Wool Yarn: Can be purchased by appointment at the farm in Greenwich Township by contacting 610-562-4875 or e-mailing [email protected] with the subject line “Wish to Purchase Wool.”
Yarn and Rovings can also be purchased at Conversational Threads, 4 South 4th Street, Emmaus, PA; 610-421-8889.
Sheep & Lambs: contact information is the same as for the wool products above.
Gauker Farms – Beef Products.
Students can purchase beef at the farm at 846 Fleetwood Lyons Road, Fleetwood, PA 19522, by appointment, or during open farm store hours, 2nd and 4th Fridays from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.), or at the Antietam Valley Farmers Markets.
Saucony Creek Brewery serves Gauker Farms hot dogs on their kids’ menu.
Outside of Berks County, Gauker Farms sells at the Downingtown Farmers Market, and their beef is used at Glenmoore Deli and Nomadic Pies.
